Maybe you don't need a patch. Have you tried to start Contribute CS3 first and Administer your website from this program? After you did this try if the functinality in Dreamweaver works without the error message.
I tried your suggestion and I am still getting the error message. From within Dreamweaver and from within Contribute.
Some of my users are on later versions than I am, could that be an issue? I think I have one user on CS3.
Yes, that could very well be the problem. All sorts of issues rise when the administrator has a lower version of Contribute. When a site is administered in CS3 you cannot administer the site in a lower version at all. Upgrading yourself would be the best policy I think. I always upgrade when the newer version arrives to avoid these issues and set the compatibility settings to Transitional.
