I work for a nonprofit that recently purchased a license of Premiere Elements. I installed it on my work laptop and my personal laptop since I work from home a lot. Recently, we moved offices and got new laptops. I uninstalled Premiere both from my old work laptop and my personal laptop WITHOUT deactivating them first. Whoops. Now I can't install a copy on my new work laptop.
So the central issue is how do I install Premiere Pro on something when I previously uninstalled but didn't deactivate it?
People in this user to user forum won't be able to help with licensing issues... you need to call Adobe and have the deactivation done from their end

I agree with John T. Adobe Customer Support (not Technical Support), should be able to help you.
In most Adobe programs, there are X number of installs allowed, and Y number of Activations. C/S has reset those numbers for many users, and with but one phone call.
Thank you all for the speedy reply. I'll try these other avenues.
