I lost my XPJ file. I had a co-working provide me with the same XPJ file (I had a copy of her files), but it is not detecting all of the files (index, glossary not working, etc). I tried to copy all of the files to a new project but that doesn't work either. My project is already online and I need to make updates to it. What can I do? I am using v8.0.2.208

See Opening Projects on my site. There is a section on recovering what is missing. Not 100% sure it will work here as you have attempted to repair the project in a different way but I think you should be able to adapt the instructions.

You may end up having to use the help output as your starting point and reverse engineer the project – see Peter’s site about that.
