Urgent Help please

I have just finished a Blu-Ray and when I play it the menu does not work as it should. When I test it within encore all works fine. When I insert it(Blu-ray Burner) the first page of the menu comes up and if you choose one of the chapters to play it plays but if you press menu on the remote it says "no menu on this disc". If I press next chapter it jumps to next chapter and if it comes to the end it returns back to the main menu.

if I press the check project in build panel it says the following:

untitled project                            title remote not set

I need to hand over the project within 24hrs please help
