    CS6 crashes

    susan@placemakers.com

I've recently upgraded to CS6 and am having persistent crashes across all programs. I work mostly in InDesign, but have issues with Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop as well. My OS is Mac 10.7.4. amd the issue occurs on by my Mac Pro and MacBook Pro.

In InDesign it happens when I open any file created in CS5 or CS5.5 with cross-references. If I export to .idml I can open those files, but its incrediably laborious and I have to trash and restablish my preferences repeatedly. I haven't found a key to the issue in the other programs except if I open the program first then do File/Open/select the old file, it works fine. However, its very frustrating not to be able to just click on the file I want.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting ready to ask for a refund and start tweeting, this is wasting so much time.
