Export to Encore in CS3

When I use Export to Encore, it burns the DVD's on the internal DVD burner in my desktop computer. Is there a way to have it burned to my external burner?

Export using an MPEG2-DVD preset. Then start Encore manually and author your disk. From inside Encore you can choose the burner used.

I forgot to mention that I select the feature that has the DVD playing automatically without menus.
