I think the usage of this configuration will be in the bundle "Day Communique 5 Authentication Handler".
You should find the bundle in /libs/cq/security/install

Thanks, I created custom authentication handler with OSGI properties to read the login pages as an array and match it to the one using request.getRequestURI() and redirect to respective login page
e.g. /content/website/en_US/login1.html, /content/website/en_gb/login1.html, /content/website/fr_fr/login1.html
and match the locale to the getRequestURI()
