Unfortunately, the only solution I have been able to come up with is to host the mail elsewhere where it allows me to set up SquirrelMail on the server and I can style it as I wish. Not ideal and is a lot of work - but it works for the odd client that requires it.

That is almost the same answer as the template question with the partner rebranded site.
Anyway Brad, in closing... It isn't the odd client that wants it so much as it is me wanting my expensive software to work right, look professional and be consistent; in turn helping me to look on top of my game.
Lord knows I can use all the help I can get.
