What were the EXACT steps you took before the error message appeared, and the EXACT words in the message?
I did what the screen told me to do and even restarted which is fine now! It's like it's on life support, lol.
But here were the steps:
I turned on my computer and then clicked on an ID file to open and then a message popped up saying (sorry, I should have screengrabbed) I need to uninstall and reinstall the program and if I had a problem with it to contact Adobe support with the specific error number on the message which was 16.
