Have you applied the Master pages on all the Pages ?
Also what kind of the PDF are you making?
We need more info like ID version and OS you are on , please provide complete details.
Here is an example:
See how the link only works for the first page, even though I have applied master page to entire document?
I am on Mac 10.5.8 with CS5.5
Can anyone help me with this?
@Ceencha – you did not tell us HOW EXACTLY you made your PDF. Did you do it by exporting to PDF with format "Adobe PDF (Interactive)", "Forms and Media" set to: "Include All" ?
Posting a screen grab of your export dialog would help…
I exported as PDF (print)
here is screenshot:
Here is another example of it not working:
Is it not allowed to export as PDF (print) ?
If not, why do they allow the option for "include hyperlinks" ?
@Ceencha – read about it there:
If you want both of the two worlds (working buttons and other interactive features) you have to:
1. export to Adobe PDF(Interactive) = first PDF file
and (here comes the trick):
2. export to Adobe (Print) = second PDF file
and THEN: replace all pages of the first PDF with the second PDF in Acrobat Pro (Document / Replace Pages…). All interactive elements (in this case your working buttons) will stay in place. What you'll get is a hybrid PDF of both PDF export worlds…
But to make that work best, use only EMPTY rectangles for button creation!
