I have a cartoon that shows the famous Hollywood sign in the background, and I want to replace "Hollywood" with someone's name. Is this possible? I can easily do one frame in photoshop, but does that mean I need to replace every frame or is there an easier way? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks :-)
I'm posting this in multiple forums as I imagine this will combine skills in photoshop, premiere, and after effects, and I am familiar with all three.

If the camera doesn't move, you can replace the background in AE with your 'one frame' and then matte/rotoscope the dog when he intersects with the sign.
This is definitely best done in After Effects.
