Easy way to convert graphics for PP's linear color?

We've got dozens of important AE-created overlays and lowerthirds that look terrible in PP when you turn Maximum Render Quality. They seem to run afoul of Premiere's linear processing "feature".

Does anyone know of a way to translate all of these to a linear color space?

I'd like to know that if we need Max Render Quality on a sequence we can use it, and I'd also like to know that the graphics I'm creating today will still be usable for my co-editors if Premiere goes completely linear in the future.

If anyone knows of a way to convert these (either via a PP effect or by converting the files), let me know!
