I cant download flash player. I am getting an error message and am trying for hours to figure it out

I've tried everything.  I uninstalled the old version and now have no flash player on my computer at all. Please help.

Download the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht... and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.
