    Update C Cloud

      I cannot update "I get a server busy or firewall misconfigured" each time I try to update from from any app. I called support and spent  close to two hours only to have it end with tech needing to have a conversation with suoer... I was on hold for 1/2 hour, he never returned. I have: turned off firewall,rebooted, logged on as admin, rebooted, downloaded new app manager, rebooted. Everything else works and I can manually update. It's just the update from within the program (tried them all). Win 7. Further suggestions welcome.
