I've been attempting to sync up graphics and sound with no lantency with little success. Even by trying to extract the sample data with SampleDataEvent and have it ready for consumption the moment the sound is required still gives me a delay of at least 20ms. I really want to get that down to as close to 0 as possible.
I noticed there was an announcement about Flash 11.3 having much less sound latency when playing, I haven't tried it yet (mostly due to all the bug reports coming in) - but is there anything special I need to do to leverage this? For example, adding some priming code to ensure no latency like on Xbox360?
