    Installer Error 1603

I'm getting an error when installing my AIR app, specifically error 1603.

Adobe AIR Runtime was installed as Administrator (WinXP Pro), but user's permission is a power user. When I check system logs, I get the following error:

Product: MyAirApp -- Error 1925. You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as administrator and then retry this installation.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Sooo... How do I configure the installer to not install for all users and just the current user? There doesn't seem to be an option anywhere in the packager for this.
