    gopaljay78

      Hi,

      Can any one help me to sort the table conversion problem.

      I have one InDesign  tagged text file, where it has two one-Row table. When I flow the tagged text into the InDesign document, the table are not converted properly.

      For example, the below tagged text contains two One-Row table. When I place the below content into the InDesign document, Only one table is imported into the InDesign document. And that too comes at end of the document. Can anyone help to sort out this problem.

      My InDesign tagged text are below.

          How did you generate that text file? I can't get it import as tagged text at all.

            Hi Peter,

            In the earlier tagged code space is added between "R owStart". That is why it can not able to import.

            Below is the corrected one. Please help me on this.

            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------

            <ASCII-MAC>

            <DefineParaStyle:TXT=<Nextstyle:TXT><cColor:C\=0 M\=100 Y\=0 K\=0>>
            <DefineParaStyle:TBL=<BasedOn:TXT><Nextstyle:TBL>>
            <DefineParaStyle:NormalParagraphStyle=<Nextstyle:NormalParagraphStyle> >

              Still won't import....

              Take another look at these two lines:

              <DefineParaStyle:NormalParagraphStyle=<Nextstyle:NormalParagraphStyle> >
              <DefineTableStyle:\[Basic Table\]=>

              There's an extra space in the first one between the >> at the end, but I think the real problem may be the > at the end of the second line. I don't know enough about tagged text to say.
