I know you're not supposed to view your webhelp output in Chrome locally, but I do it for testing and debug purposes.
The quick and dirty workaround (adding --allow-file-access-from-files to the exe path) works fine for me on an XP computer with Chrome v.20, but does not work on a Windows 7 computer with the same version of Chrome: TOC/Index/Search pane and topic pane are both empty. Adding the --no-sandbox command only manages to display the default topic; the TOC pane is still empty.
Has anybody experienced that? Any tip other than using a Web server?
