    Recovering my system

    helppat
Thanks to a foolish attempt to install Norton Systemworksk on my system, I crashed so badly that I had to re-install Windows, and, or course, that let to re-installing all my software. Of course all the date is still our there, just have to get it recognized again.

I've tried to get my web sites back into Dreamweaver using Manage Sites->Import site but the is looking for a site definition (*.ste) file and a Windows SEARCH finds no *.ste files on my system.

Can anyone help me reinstall these sites into Dreamweaver? (I'm darned if I can remember some passwords)

      Thanks PatRabbit

You will only have .ste files if you did an 'Export site' earlier. You'll
have to recreate the site definitions manually.

When you do get back up and running, I'd recommend downloading
http://mm-exporter.joexx.de/, and running it on a regular basis.

          Regards,

          Pete.
