    Problems with ship-to name on order


      We have a Business Catalyst website and when customer's add a different ship-to name and address the address comes through fine on the order/email but the name remains the customer name regardless of what the customer has keyed in that field on the site. Anyone have advice?

          Yeah, because thats the CRM customer, if you have a different shipping name you want to have what you use shipping attention.

          Under the Online Shop Purchase Form you can add in he ecommerc setion this field. This has a tag for the invoices etc and what you use for the name of the person your shipping too.

          You will need to update the form and copy the html and place that in the regionstration buy layout to update it. then update your invoice layout with this tag above the shipping address.
