When trying to play a video I get message to download current version of flash player even though I have the current version.  I have run the uninstaller program, rebooted, gone to adobe site and downloaded newest version and get the same results????

I have run virus scans and registry cleanup utilities and found no problems.

PC: vista sp2, HP 32bit, IE8

Can some one help me resolve this issue??

Problem resolved:

Ran adobe flash uninstaller

Reset IE

Deleted all temp files (Click start - enter %temp% then delete all files)

Rebooted

Downloaded current flash player from adobe.com
