I asked this same question, essentially, about a week ago but got no response.
Next week I will be buying an Apple Thunderbolt Display. I have a hueyPro calibration device that I've used on my MacBook Pros in the past with some luck, but I am looking for suggestions for hardware/software solutions to calibrating the new monitor for Photoshop work.
I am specifically looking at the Spyder4Elite - does anyone have any experience with this device? And the software on a Mac? It looks as if it will do what I want it to do but I'm curious about it's use on the ATD.
Any advice? Don't tell me I need another monitor - I need all of the ports that the ATD supplies.
The lack of response may be explained by the fact that probably not many folks concerned with critical color are working on a laptop, even one as fancy as the MacBook Pro.

Ah! Thanks so much for the link - I'm just an ex-pro/'advanced amateur' so I thought I was in the right place! Back when I was in business, though, I was using Barco monitors with a Barco colorimter - it's been awhile....
