    Rendering Issue

    Nevitalia

When rendering images on Premier Element 10, the files has a pink color over the viewing window the same color as the premier  element icon color, how ever when viewing the file in the viewer before creating it, look normal. Any one having the same issue

When anyone is experiencing a display issue, such as a color cast, or perhaps no image in playback, the first thing that I look for is the video driver.

          1. What OS are you using?
          2. What is the make/model of your video card?
          3. What is the version/date of the installed driver?
          4. What is the latest driver version/date for that card, on the nVidia, or ATI/AMD Web site?

Good luck, and please let us know a bit more.

Actually, please tell everyone a LOT more!

More information needed for someone to help... click these links and provide the requested information... these questions may, on the surface, be for a different product... but the information you need to supply is the same

The OS is Windows 7. I can take the file to a different computer and the violet color cast starts up a few frames into the video and remains the rest of the length. This only happens with still images loaded in and creating a movie with them. When I use a standard captured video from my Z7 video camera of any other input I have no color cast issue

                OK, we got # 1 - Win7.

                How about #2 thru # 4?

                1. What OS are you using?
                2. What is the make/model of your video card?
                3. What is the version/date of the installed driver?
                4. What is the latest driver version/date for that card, on the nVidia, or ATI/AMD Web site?

For # 5, what are the pixel x pixel dimensions of the Imported Still Images?

                Good luck,
