You were mislead. This is a terrible place for a new user to start.
First of all, you never want to have your navigation in Flash. Then you
rarely want to have a Flash intro. Finally, you really need to have a firm
understanding of HTML to start working with DW. Do you?
I recommend you put this template on the back burner, spend some time
reading about HTML (and maybe CSS), and forget about Flash. Then take a
look at some nice HTML templates here -
