Recently, i've been getting this error message: "the scratch disks are write protected or unavailable. to open this project, the scratch disks will be set to your My Documents folder. Would you like to continue?"
My Documents is connected to a network drive (Home Folder) and is enforced by group policy. I am using Windows 7 Pro and only recently have been getting this error. I am an administrator on my computer.
Is there a way to force the scratch disks to write locally onto C Drive? If not, what are my options?
Thank you in advance.

With your My Documents located on a network drive, you will have such problems.
I suggest contacting Adobe Technical Support directly, for possible workarounds. As PrE is not designed to work in many network environments, it might be tricky, but if anyone can help you, then Adobe T/S is the place.
