    Payment Options, Paypal Pro and it ain't working.....

      Okay, we just got a site up and online (shopsweetsandtreats.com) and we are testing the catalog/shopping experience. Our client is using Paypal Pro as her payment gateway. Under payment options on the Registrartion-Buy form, I deleted all the unused options and left Paypal (option 5). This resulted in an error message, shown here.....

      We submitted a Support request and were told that we needed to change the paypal option number from 5 to 1 in the HTML form. Which we did. Now, the error message is gone, but all we get is a receipt screen showing that payment has been made (even though it hasn't).

       

      The form is supposed to redirect to Paypal to continue the transaction, but it does not.

       

      Any and all help is appreciated.
