    Marc Braun

My source file and export file are both set to 720x486 yet when I play the movie back it shows up as 720x488 and there is a green bar across the very bottom?

MPEG-4 files have to have pixel ratios that are divisible by 8.  480 is OK, as is 488.  486 does not meet this requirement, which is why it's being forced to 488.

Premiere does not force this, but the file container protocol does.
