    Blocked Plug-In


      I downloaded the latest version of Adobe and since then, I cannot see movies or pick up voice mail messages using my email-vm system.  I took my computer to Apple Genius Bar and they said I had to address it with either Adobe or Google.  I went on the various forums and there are others with the same problems, but the "experts" then ask for "more information."  There is NO more information when you click to listen or to see the video the pop-up message is "Blocked Plug-in"  Please help.
