Hi,
I was sure there was a way to close multiple cases at once, but the only options are to assign them to someone, blacklist them or delete them.
Does anyone have a solution?
Cases are a great idea but it's really time comsuming to have to open each one and close it.

Hi
When you assign them , you can set an auto-response to be sent , and this will close the case. You can also create a rule to move those messages directly into your deleted item folder.

I have a client and this feature to close multiple case would be great.
BC can you please consider this as an feature without having to assign them and send a auto response.
