Sorry I haven't been able to view your reply, Pat, but I'm happy to report that eventually I did manage to download it to Adobe Digital Editions. Borders were very helpful but in the end I think I must have popups blocked and this stopped the one I wanted from coming up. However, I was able to browse my computer and choose ADE to download it.
It would most likely best to ask Border's for assistants as I don’t have any troubles. But maybe someone here will help having the same troubles as you and sorted them out.
Thanks. Borders girl did stay with me until the end but things didn't seem to gel with my computer (or perhaps my brain!). We did get there in the end but I am very disappointed that I can't print out a few of the pages I need and have to type out my healing instructions. I think I'll stick to hard copies in the future.
If you can't print the pages, that's because the ebook's digital rights
won't let you do it. You can talk to Borders about this, but the digital
rights may have been set by the author or publisher, not by Borders, and
Borders may not be able to change it for you.
