Create a post, wait for one of the employes to pick it up. Create a support case number before posting and include the case number in your post.

BTW , As Mylenium suggested please create support case after login with your Adobe ID on Adobe.com.
Do write the descriptive note and the concerned team will definitely contact you either via e-mail or phone.
I actually had to call customer support yesterday for another issue involving my Acrobat X and while waiting for computer re-boot I explained my upgrade issue and the really nice lady helped get my problem resolved!
