You may be mucking up the issue by playing with ADE software. When this
happens, it could be caused by your firewall or settings in your browser,
not by ADE. I have seen a couple of posts to the Forum that talked about
these kinds of issues, but I didn't keep track of them - sorry! Maybe
searching for 'not finished' will bring them out.
Ad for the 'Another User' message.... That message can relate to attempts
to download that may have been made with a different Adobe (user) ID. Did
you try with more than one ID?
There is a tasks folder underneath the (My) Digitial Editions folder (in your (My) Documents folder). rename to something like tasks.old.
