I'm having the same problem with Acrobat X. Updated from CS5 to A-Cloud CS6 but getting all kinds of permission errors. Have gone and reset permissions, but then error will be on a different file within the directory (despite having applied all correct permissions to every file in Acrobat folder, *sigh*). It all started with the update to 10.2. Now Acrobat has somehow uninstalled completely during one of the many attempts to update. Anyone have a fix for this?
Alas, my problem is deeper than that! Have tried resetting permissions and renaming the config.msi folder, uninstalling, but still no joy. What is weird is that it will go through most of the install, but will 1310 on different files each time. Would like to try running install as admin, but it seems the install files are locked in some adobe install space somewhere.
