Team, I have a PC that has had Adobe InDesign CS6 installed.
I thought that the user had activated our licence but they have come back to me to advise it is asking to activate after the trial has ended.
The issue is the only option I have when trying to activate the software is online.
The serial number is in the software and then I get the following...
Sign In Required - Sign in now.....
I put in the correct username and password and the "Please wait for a moment" comes up....
The it returns me back to the "Sign In Required"
The software has been un-installed and reinstalled to no avail.
Any help would be great.
Are you using the correct Adobe ID when you sign in? Is Java running on the machine?
If you are still unsucceesful, you should call Customer Service.
Hi yes Java is installed. I am trying to look for the customer services as I thought we could activate it over phone but I don't get that option.
Yes the correct username and password are being used.
Thanks for your help.
I had a similar issue a couple of weeks back with an upgrade not recognizing and earlier version installed or accepting the serial number. On line chat was all I needed to get it fixed.
