    Merging subscriptions

      Hi,

       

      Due to the way my company does business (i.e. with as much red tape as is possible!) I could not auto-renew my Adobe Forms Central subscription. I purchased another year and presumed that would just give me another year on that subscription. However, it now seems I have 2 subscriptions and one runs out in a couple of days.

       

      I need all the data collected from the first one moved over to the new one.

       

      Any help would be greatly appreciated...

          Hi Mike,

           

          Because the second order you placed was  with the same Adobe ID, I don't think you're going to have a problem.  Your original subscription is going to expire on Thursday, but the new one you established today is already active.  Since they're associated with the same Adobe ID, you've essentially got a 3 day window where both accounts are active for the same login. 

           

          There should be no disruption in your service when the original subscription ends on Thursday.
