It sounds like when you receive a Submission Notification message from FormsCentral, you'd like it to come FROM the person who submitted it. So that you can simply hit respond? Is that right?
Yes, something like hitting respond or a link within the message so that result is two things:
1. The sender’s address is in the email’s TO: line.
2. The sender’s message is referenced in the email.
Right now it’s possible to click on the sender’s address in the message that’s send out from FormsCentral. That opens a new email window addressed to the sender, but the original message is not carried over.
If the submission notification were sent out with the sender’s email address as the FROM, that might help but there’s a lot of Adobe branding and other information that users would probably not want carried over into a reply. I can see why you want heavy Adobe branding, but could it perhaps be reduced to a footer instead to facilitate the reply process?
