Yesterday i created a new Adobe ID for a new folio and content viewer (in accordance with best practice guidelines). No problem but I didn't receive the verification email. I've waited 24 hours and it still hasn't turned up. So I tried to log in and hit the forgot my password button and asked for a password reset email, and it hasn't turned up.
I've tested the email address from other services and it receives emails fine.
I thought that perhaps I hadn't setup the Adobe ID so tried to set it up again and it says it already exists.
Is there a way to get a new verification email? (the FAQs and Help tell me to login and change it, but of course i don't have a password as it is not verified).
Anyone help?
Did you check your Junk/Spam folder?
