I'm having the same problem. As soon as I click on one of the four publishing choices I get error message "application encountered an internal error". Computer then locks up and must use task manager to to shut down video creator.
I'm using a webcam.
Please send us the diagnostic log using the "Troubleshoot Adobe Video Creator" tool.

Troubleshooting log is useless for my error since everything locks up when error occurs and I must use the Task Manager to recover.
They told me to update my Graphics driver from Lenovo to the latest version (I have a Lenovo laptop) and now it works.
