Flash Player question

I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Note tablet and when i try to install Flash Player it says "this item cannot be installed in this device's country".  can someone help with this.  thank you

Which Samsung Galaxy Note do you have? There are several models and only the devices with specific Android versions are supported. You can find a list of Adobe Certified devices here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-apps/flashruntimes/certified-devices.html
