You have to use an xtra. SetMouse is one option, or Buddy API's
But, if I use Shockwave in a browser, must the user install something else?
I'd like what it is employed in http://www.miniclip.com/games/frantic/en (when you are playing), that it's transparent to the user, that is, it must be using an Xtra but you don't have to install or download anything else.

Whether it's in Shockwave or not, the end-user will need an xtra
available for you to place the cursor where you want it. The only
difference with Shockwave is that you'll have to choose an xtra that is
marked as SW-safe, has packages available for auto-download, and is
cross-platform. In this case Buddy API won't do, but the MoveCursor xtra
