    insert as comma delimited list

I am sure this is not complicated but at this moment I can't wrap my mind around it!
I want to select from table records field values with same ID and insert it into another records so each ID gets 1 record and all the values get entered as comma delimited list!
      Example:
      Insead of
      A 1
      A 2
      A 3
      B 1
      B 2...
      have
      A 1,2,3
      B 1,2....

UM... Why do you want to take a nice normalized database design, and
            denormalize it like this.

Storing lists of values is almost always asking for trouble down the road.
