Can you please detail me on the problem you are facing? Whether it is not accepting the new FTP password or not allowing to edit the connection etc...
I open Contribute and it shows my web site. When I click Connect, the box appears with the User name showing but nothing in the password box. No matter which password I try, nothing works. It worked perfectly before moving servers, but not since.
Can no one help with this, please? I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing, but that will not work either.

I tried Contribute Support and they said they can only help if the product is less than three years old. My copy was purchased in 2007. I have emailed my telephone number, but I should say that I live in the UK.
