I am working on some forms and I want the people to use the Print button as it has script to email the form to specific people as well as print. So I don't want them to go File-Print but the form pages can change with the hiding of templates depending on what staff answer in certain questions.
Is there a way to have a button show on a specific page and then scroll down as the staff move through some pages
I hope that makes sense
It's possible to create a floating toolbar button (app.addToolButton) that's always visible, but the user will have the option of closing it. For more help, see the documentation: http://livedocs.adobe.com/acrobat_sdk/9.1/Acrobat9_1_HTMLHelp/JS_API_AcroJS.88.134.html
The code could be triggered on a page's Page Open event and be removed (app.removeToolButton) on a page's Page Close event.
