    Keep getting the failed connection host error message!!!


      Im trying to install ADE so I can run my NOOK study app properly and read my textbooks, but everytime i keep trying to install, i get the connection to host failed message. I already disabled my firewall settings and theres no antivirus software on my computer (Windows 7). HELP PLEASE!!!!!

      Trying to contact customer support, but the wait is an hour and a half long! And Chat is busy as well.

      Greatly appericiate the help.
