Hi,
I assume that you are using Internet Explorer as your browser.
Please check if JavaScript is enabled in Internet Explorer: http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht...
Then go to the following link and download Flash Player for ActiveX: http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht...
Close Internet Explorer and double-click the downloaded file. It should ideally solve the issue. Check if Flash Player is working by accessing the following link: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html
If not, see if Flash Player is enabled and ActiveX Filtering is disabled: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-games-video-or.html
Thanks,
Sunil
