ps - I'm using a Mac running Mountain Lion

On a Mac, if you've saved a custom keyboard shortcut set in FW, it resides in your user library application support folder, for example:
user/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Fireworks CS6/en
The preferences for Fireworks are also located in your user library:
user/Library/Preferences/Adobe Fireworks CS6

Thank you. Are you using Mountain Lion? There seems to be nothing in my user Library folder... nothing at all for any app.
Oh, I'm using Snow Leopard and didn't realize that the user library folder is now hidden in Lion and Mountain Lion. Try these suggestions:
Otherwise, you can google "Mountain Lion user library" for more ideas.
The hidden Library folder was the thing that made it so confusing.
Perhaps Adobe will put the file in a more discoverable place in future versions.
This feels stupid, but I still have the same question.
I tried looking for the file and can't find it anywhere.
Anyone know where it may be in Windows 10?
