I try to look at BBC vides but it asks me to download the latest version of flash player. I have downloaded it several times and it says download successful and I have the latest version.
I still get the same error message from the BBC website.
Messag reads: Cannot play media. You do not have the correct version of the flash player. Download the correct version
I clicked this and downloaded the version. But the error still persisted.

I have uninstalled Flash Player and it says uninstall successful.
I am running Google Chrome (I think – I don’t know how to know this). But I have no idea how to install the latest version of Flash Player. I get a message that Google Chrome does this automatically. My version was 11.331.232. Word 7 32 bit, Google Chrome.
Can you help?

Google Chrome has their own version of Flash Player embedded.
Make sure that you have the latest Chrome version installed.
