      I am trying to activate my new laptop with my existing serial # and I keep getting the "Unable to Connect" error. I am online and have no firewalls. I was able to deactivate my old laptop on the same network. I was on with the live chat and the guy could not figure it out. Now I have been on hold with Adobe tech support for LITERALLY 3 HOURS and 15 MINS!!

       

      I need my photoshop that I paid for to work on my machine. HELP!!
