Jeff A Wright Sep 6, 2012 10:11 AM (in response to humandesigner)Unless you are receiving an exact error message it would be best if you review your install logs to locate the root cause of your difficulties. You can find instructions on how to accomplish this at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html.

humandesigner Sep 14, 2012 3:43 PM (in response to Jeff A Wright)I'm sorry. But no Errors or anything strange in my install logs.
Just a repeated freeze at 42% with Indesign for example.

eLearningMind Sep 15, 2012 9:42 PM (in response to Jeff A Wright)Jeff, your solutions don't work. Your product is a nightmare. Rather than trying to deflect the issues with the installer or ADA to act like it's your customer's fault, how about Adobe creates a problem free download experience? Many other companies do it. Try HandBrake, for example. I've never had an issue downloading their product. And they're a nonprofit!! This issue has been going on for 6 months and not a whisper from Adobe that a solution is on its way. Meanwhile, you make your customer do backflips to try to find a work around for your poorly designed product.

humandesigner Sep 25, 2012 1:16 PM (in response to humandesigner)Sadly this forum seems to be 70% useless.
I cannot understand why.
You are selling tools for professionals.

Jeff A Wright Sep 25, 2012 1:20 PM (in response to humandesigner)Humandesigner the instructions given were for how to review your installation log to locate your error. You can also try running the Adobe Support Advisor - http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/ to review your installation log. Without knowing what the error message is it is not possible to advise you on the root cause of your difficulties.

FCSScheidt Nov 9, 2012 1:27 AM (in response to humandesigner)I'm having exact same problem it appears. First time it told me that I needed to have administrative privilages (I do and always have) then upon 3rd attempt it now tells me that the Adobe genuine software check has determined my software is counterfeit
