Monoprice customer service was absolutely useless and just kept offering a refund on the tablet. it seems like unless the driver is updated or the next illustrator update fixes the issues, we're screwed.

Eight times the price, but at least it's supported.

Sad to say it might be time to let the monoprice tablet go. :*(

padrepio Nov 25, 2014 4:53 AM (in response to JamesProvost)OK, thought it was just me. It seems like I have to drag twice in order for the tablet to recognize the object I'm working with. It's really frustrating.
